Some years ago, we did publish a VERY SPECULATIVE family tree for

Early Adamthwaites in Sedbergh & Ravenstonedale

- this was our first attempt to try to understand the relationship between the Adamthwaite families that lived in these two neighbouring districts. However, recent information seems to indicate that we made quite a few errors in this tree - I will upload a more correct (though STILL speculative!) tree as soon as possible.

Adamthwaite Family Trees

This section contains charts showing reconstructed family trees for the ten Adamthwaite lines we have identified:

NOTES: As these are all very wide charts, I have had to upload them as Zip files.  When you click on the link the downloaded file will appear at the bottom left of your window - click and zoom in to enlarge the size of the image until the print is legible and then scroll across to left and right to view all the details.

I have had some success taking a CD of some of these images to a local photocopy shop and getting them printed on A1 paper.

If you are aware of any errors or omissions on any of the charts, please let me know.
